The Connected Community Consortium is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. C3 Associates, our for-profit subsidiary, strengthens the mission by turning strategy into execution — operating independently with its own board and finances so the nonprofit’s mission always takes priority.

Dr. Marquis Mason is an accomplished educational leader with over 15 years of experience driving systemic change in K–12 schools and districts nationwide. His expertise spans equity-focused instructional practices, coaching, and data-informed school improvement — with a consistent track record of elevating teaching effectiveness and student outcomes, particularly for historically marginalized communities. He specializes in designing customized professional development programs rooted in culturally responsive pedagogy, blended learning, and teacher retention research.
